Estimado, estoy importando el certificado firmado por ustedes y el CA Reply me da el siguiente error:

Error de herramienta de claves: java.lang.Exception: No se ha podido definir una cadena a partir de la respuesta

​​​​​​​La linea de comandos que utilizo es:

keytool -import - trustcacerts -alias org-ssl-prod -keystore org_prod.jks -file servicios.org.red.uy.cer

El error que te da es porque no pudo establecer la trust chain, para eso es necesario importar como trusted los certificados:
 *- caroot.pge.red.uy
 *- ca.pge.red.uy
